• Led the coordination of multi-disciplinary consultant teams across London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai on key Nan Fung portfolio projects. Currently managing approximately 5-10 concurrent projects of varying scales and complexity while maintaining rigorous design quality from concept through to completion, controlling scope creep, and ensuring consistency and delivery excellence.

• As Design Lead, I provided direct design input on key segments and prime bespoke projects of significant brand value. I led a talented 10-person in-house design team spanning architecture, interior design, landscape, and graphic design. When needed, I stepped in to rescue troubled or off-track projects at Nan Fung, delivering rapid intervention, realigning creative direction, and successfully turning around timelines, costs, and design quality under pressure. This capability delivered critical value to the developer by minimising delay costs, reducing financial risk, protecting brand reputation, and safeguarding overall project viability.

Established design guidelines and brand standards across Nan Fung’s wellness branding, luxury residential series, workplace, retail developments with strong contextual significance and experiential clarity. Worked closely with leasing and marketing teams to assess market demands and adjust value propositions, ensuring long-term brand DNA was protected, design coherence was maintained across phases, and asset desirability and premium positioning were strengthened.
