I’m Joe Pang — a Design Lead who genuinely enjoys working with developers to turn strong design ideas into buildings and precincts that not only look great, but also perform well and last.
Over the years I’ve led large-scale mixed-use precincts, supertall towers, luxury residential developments, visionary headquarters, and adaptive reuse projects across London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. What I love most is balancing bold creative vision with practical, commercial outcomes that deliver real value.
I’m planning to relocate with my family to Sydney in the coming months and am actively looking for Senior Design Lead or Design Director roles. I have full Australian work rights through my Partner Visa and don’t need sponsorship.
