"The alchemy of capital and craft: Defining asset resilience through objective logic and sensory soul."

Capital Crafted.

    • With over 17 years of international experience — including 14 years at KPF and Foster + Partners — I have successfully led the delivery of landmark projects that redefine urban skylines and lifestyles across Asia.

    • I excel at providing strategic clarity to highly complex master planning and large-scale developments, translating ambitious architectural visions into precise technical execution. My projects consistently deliver commercially powerful, sensory-rich environments that elevate brand value and create deeply enriching human experiences.

    • After 14 years at Kohn Pedersen Fox shaping some of Asia’s most iconic architectural landmarks, I joined Nan Fung Group as Senior Design Manager and Design Lead of the in-house design group. This transition enabled me to bring deep design expertise into a commercial developer environment, where I was responsible for key developments across the NF Group portfolio.

    • I approach every project with clear strategic objectives in mind, maintaining strong self-awareness of the overarching goals. Beyond material and construction considerations, I focus on designing meaningful user experiences, strengthening asset branding, and creating long-term commercial value — ensuring every design decision is purposefully aligned with both architectural excellence and business success.

    • As Design Lead at the developer design group, I orchestrate multi-disciplinary consultant teams across London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai while leading a talented 10-person in-house design team. I manage five to ten concurrent projects of varying scale and complexity with uncompromising design quality, deliver rapid strategic interventions to rescue off-track developments, and establish powerful brand guidelines for luxury residential, wellness-focused workplaces, and contextually rich retail projects.

    • Developed in close collaboration with the team, this AI-hybrid design workflow is data-driven, fast-reacting, and highly scalable. Since implementing advanced AI tools in 2025, average turnaround and review times have been reduced by more than 50%. This has enabled the team to achieve significantly more output and a wider breadth of work using the same or even fewer resources. As better tools emerge and the team becomes more fluent with the workflow, efficiency continues to rise.
